International Wine Cellar:
Bright, deep red-ruby color. Exotic, liqueur-like aromas of plum, chocolate and coconutty oak. Fat, lush, full and sweet, with cherry, currant, fig and mocha flavors carrying a solid load of nutty oak. Compared to the '05 Reserve bottling, this trades some vibrancy for sheer texture and mouth feel, but this broad, sweet malbec really caresses the palate. Finishes with ripe, building tannins.
