This is a blend of approximately 30% Chardonnay, 55% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier.There are some 50 crus are involved in its composition. Only juice from the first pressing is employed and reserve wines from the previous two harvests(kept in vats) make up 20% of the blend. Showing a brilliant straw gold colour, the nose is quite fruity, while the palate is rounded and long. A perfect aperitif style which will accompany almost any meal.
