Deep Garnet red, with a powerful nose hinting at sweet wood flavors of vanilla and hazelnut and finishing with lively notes of raspberry and cherry. The wine has a warm, mouthfilling taste with firm tannins.

“Bruno Rocca’s well- received Rabajà is extremely generous with soft tones of mature fruit, spice, vanilla, ginger and root beer. His are very well-made wines and the softness and suppleness of the texture is their most admirable quality. The finish is long and smooth and peppered with black fruit and vanilla. Drink after 2015.”

This very ripe, broad wine has a texture of liquid silk, but also plenty of tannic structure to support the flavors of raspberry, red cherry and rose petal. Finishes with a suave dusting of tannins and lovely finesse. Really resounds on the juicy, sweet aftertaste. A very classy wine with energy that comes from limestone.”
