Our grapes came from the B block. The predominant clone, Dijon 114, gives the wine aromas of ripe Royal Ann cherries and red raspberries plus the classic strawberry, rhubarb and mineral notes characteristic of Pinot noir grown on Jory soils.
Medium-bodied and packed with red fruit and mineral flavors that develop over a long period in the glass. Try it with broiled salmon, sweet yam galette or pan seared lamp chops.
