Monthly subscription and shipping fees will be automatically billed to your CC on file each month, (unless you opt for a pre-payment plan).
Your first wine shipment will be sent within 5 – 7 business days and may be delivered to either your home or work address.
Subsequent quarterly shipments will be sent between the 10th and 25th of the month. (don't worry; you'll get an email with package tracking information).
Due to shipping carrier restrictions wine shipments cannot be scheduled for a specific delivery time, nor left without adult signature.
Please have someone over 21 years old available on the delivery date to sign for your wines shipment.
We recommend having shipments delivered to your work address.
For gift memberships we will ensure that each shipment arrives with your gift message.
You may cancel anytime prior to the 10th of each month.
